Wrapping your hands properly

Before starting your Muay Thai training, an important item to use are hand wraps to help give your hands extra padding and support. The main problem is knowing whether or not you’re wrapping them on proper. There are many different ways to apply them, but the key thing to always remember is to make sure you give the knuckles and wrist the most attention when wrapping. Those 2 areas are what you want to protect the most.
